What is the duration of each session?

Each session lasts between 45-60 min typically.  You can opt for a single session, pay per session, or choose a discounted package of six sessions.

Are the sessions with Michelle Wellness Coach covered by insurance?

Physiotherapy sessions are covered by insurance. All other wellness sessions, such as energy healing, sound healing, pilates, personal training and wellness coaching is not covered by insurance.

Does Michelle Wellness Coach offers online consultations?

Yes all service offerings are available online, except for Physiotherapy.
